Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the 2mtoto platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
During the registration process you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, email address, and a mobile phone number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify 2mtoto promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
2mtoto will never contact you via any channel (live chat, email, SMS, or telephone) to request your account password. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
All 2mtoto Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals as the platform operates exclusively in IDR for Indonesian Members.
One account per person. If 2mtoto detects that a Member has opened more than one Account — whether under the same or different identities — all Accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.
2mtoto accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the Member's Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes on average; e-wallet withdrawals typically complete in under 60 seconds. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional KYC verification is required.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's verified legal name. 2mtoto reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be declined where: (a) the Account has not completed the required wagering on deposited funds; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse; or (c) the Member has not completed KYC verification to the required level for the withdrawal amount requested.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are derived from a legitimate source, that you are the rightful owner of the funds, and that using those funds for online betting does not contravene any law applicable to you. 2mtoto complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required by its licence obligations.

Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional mechanics — will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any withdrawals pending at the time of detection placed on hold pending investigation.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 2mtoto platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook settlement rules, slot RTP disclosures, live casino table limits, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting betting) match rules, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw procedures) are published in the dedicated help section for each product and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 2mtoto. A bet is only confirmed once the platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. 2mtoto reserves the right to decline any bet, limit bet stakes, or restrict betting markets for any Member at its sole discretion, including for risk-management purposes.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are the result of a manifest error (including obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or data feed failures), 2mtoto reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Wallet. This applies regardless of whether the event has already been settled.
2mtoto uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all non-live game outcomes. All content on the 2mtoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design, typography, colour scheme, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of the Licence Holder or is used under licence from third parties such as game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) and sports data providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2mtoto platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, publicly display, or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of 2mtoto.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2mtoto and its Licence Holder, directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, 2mtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your 2mtoto Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method, and your Wallet balance will be returned. Any unclaimed Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.
2mtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or conduct that 2mtoto reasonably considers detrimental to the integrity of the platform or the welfare of other Members.
In the event of closure for breach, 2mtoto reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Real Money Funds confirmed as legitimately owned will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.
2mtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, 2mtoto will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account before the amended terms take effect.
For minor amendments — including clarifications, typographical corrections, and updates that do not materially alter your rights — 2mtoto may update these Terms & Conditions with immediate effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the 2mtoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licence Holder is incorporated, which is disclosed in the platform's licensing information accessible via the support centre.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact 2mtoto's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within five (5) business days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution as specified by the Licence Holder. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against 2mtoto.
